Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Shipping Charges below and above 150lbs:
Our online shopping cart checkout supports shipments through UPS and up to 150lbs. If the total shipping weight exceeds 150lbs it might be more economical to ship with an alternate carrier and the shopping cart will indicate that. You can complete the order without paying for the shipping charges at that point and we will contact you with the actual and adjusted shipping cost which can then be processed and paid for in a separate transaction. We can also provide you with a shipping cost estimate before you complete your order.

Shipping your order:
If all required items are in stock, orders that have been received and cleared payment before 11AM Pacific Time will be processed on the same business day and shipped on the following business day. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays or on holidays will be processed on the first business day thereafter. All shipments will be delivered to UPS or USPS in the afternoon. Shipping will be at our discretion through UPS ground or US Postal Service. Delivery times vary by service and distance and can range anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. For details on guaranteed delivery times, please visit www.ups.com and www.usps.com. Our shipping charges are based on shipments within the continental US only. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other countries will incur additional shipping charges. We reserve the right not to sell and/or ship to selected countries. While we do our best to keep our warehouse well stocked with inventory, there is the possibility that an item is out of stock. If that is the case, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the estimated lead time for your order. Usually we are able to replenish our merchandise within 3 to 5 days. UPS Shipping Transit Times
We usually ship small packages with UPS service. Please remember that UPS will make up to three delivery attempts during business days. If UPS can not deliver during any of those three days, the shipment will be returned to us and reshipping your order will incur additional charges which could include cost of return shipping to us and cost of shipping from us to you for a second time. Therefore please ensure that someone is available at the time of delivery to receive your shipment.

Merchandise Warranty:
All merchandise sold by us is carefully selected and inspected prior to shipping. However, should you receive an item that shows a defect then please do not return the entire order, but contact us first so we may discuss options. Depending on the type of defect we might ask you to return the item(s) to us for further evaluation. We will only warrant manufacturing and processing defects. Misuse of the items and wear and tear are not covered by our 90 day product warranty.

Merchandise Returns:
We only accept returns for defective items. Please do not return any merchandise without contacting us first. Please remember, that under the law, all Food, Water and personal consumption and use items such as tooth paste, tooth brushes, soap, hand sanitizers, face masks, etc. can not be returned. Only non-FDA items such as tools may be returned in the event of a defect and with our authorization. We may replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Cancellations:
Due to our short turn-around time on orders (we ship within one to two days in most cases except for customized orders and we pack shipments on Saturdays), we normally can not accept order cancellations. An order can only be canceled if you inform us of your desire to cancel at least 24 hours before the merchandise is scheduled to be shipped or picked up at our warehouse location. Order cancellations must be made by phone. You can leave a voice message if our lines are busy. If your credit card sales transaction has already been processed at the time of cancellation a 15% processing fee will be charged to cover our expenses for the time spent on processing your initial order, the order cancellation request and for issuing the refund. The following orders can not be canceled: Orders that have already been processed and packed for shipping or will call pick up, orders that have been scheduled for shipping or will call pick up on the same day and orders that have already been shipped or picked up.

Wholesale:
We accept wholesale orders from companies and retailers. Pricing will be based on quantities ordered. Open accounts are available with approved credit. Please contact us either by email or phone for further details and conditions.

Terms of Sale:
We do not intend, desire, or attempt to market to children. If you are a child and considered underage where you live and have gotten to this site, DO NOT make any purchases without your parents permission and DO NOT leave your personal information in any of the contact forms. No order returns or order cancellations will be accepted because a child got hold of a credit card and placed an unauthorized order. Parents are responsible for the safekeeping of their credit cards and log in information to payment processing sites to prevent their children from making unauthorized purchases. Parents are required to supervise the activities of their children when being online to prevent unauthorized purchases. All merchandise remains our property until paid for in full. Our preferred method of payment is by credit card, but if you prefer to mail your order, we accept checks and money orders. For security reasons shipments for orders paid through check or money order will be put on hold for 10 days to allow for the funds to clear. Sales conducted through our online website allow payment by Credit Card or through the use of a PayPal account. You can use any credit card or your PayPal account to make payment. Credit card payments are processed through a secure state of the art encrypted payment processing gateway. PayPal is an independent payment processing company that is not affiliated with us. Following are some but not all possible reasons: Product is not or no longer available, the order was placed from an area or country we do not or can not ship to, the order was placed incomplete with important information missing such as shipping address or buyer name for example, the item ordered is not available as ordered. However, prior to canceling and refunding your order, we will attempt to contact you to discuss the situation along with options that might exist to remedy any problems.

Sales Tax:
Orders received from within the State of California and/or orders with shipping destinations within the State of California will incur CA sales tax at the mandatory rate for Los Angeles county. The CA Sales tax will be added to any published prices including shipping / handling during the checkout process. Prices shown throughout our website are in US Dollars. When ordering product from outside CA with shipping and use destinations outside CA, your purchase might be subject to use tax, payment of which is the responsibility of the consumer. Since regulations vary by state we suggest you consult with your local sales and use tax authority or financial adviser for further details.

Merchandise Country of Origin:
While we purchase our merchandise from US distributors, the country of origin for the products purchased will vary.
