Important Information about Sales Tax
Our online shopping cart and checkout system is set to automatically add sales tax as required by law for orders with shipping destinations in California.
We do not charge sales tax for orders that ship to destinations outside of California.
If your agency, department or organization is exempt from having to pay sales tax on purchases, then please place your order by phone or via email. (Please do not provide credit card information via email, we will contact you by phone to obtain payment details.) This allows us to modify the transaction and remove the sales tax prior to processing your order.
If you place an order online using a credit card or a PayPal account as payment method, then we can not modify the transaction and you will be charged sales tax on your order.
Please understand that if you place an order with us through our online order processing system, you agree to pay the standard sales taxes that is applied during the checkout process.
